Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. Declares Special Dividend
December 9, 2020 4:54 PM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -Â Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. ("OPY") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on OPY Class A non-voting and Class B voting common stock of $1.00 per share, payable December 30, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 23, 2020. The aggregate payment will be approximately $12.4 million. The special dividend will be funded through existing cash.
