BRP Group (BRP) Prices 8.75M Share Class A Offering at $29.50/Sh
December 9, 2020 6:16 AM ESTBRP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRP) today announced the pricing of its offering of 8,750,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $29.50 per share. The underwriters for the offering also have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,312,500 additional shares of its Class A common stock. BRP Class A common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol BRP. The offering is expected to close on December 11, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
