Hooker Furniture Declares Increased Quarterly Dividend
December 2, 2020 5:30 PM ESTMARTINSVILLE, Va., Dec. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hooker Furniture Corporation (NASDAQ-GS: HOFT) announced that on December 2, 2020, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on December 31, 2020 to shareholders of record at December 16, 2020. This represents a 12.5% increase over the previous quarterly dividend and the fifth consecutive annual dividend increase.
