Facebook (FB) Nears Deal to Buy Kustomer, Deal Values Company at Around $1 Billion - DJ

Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) is nearing a deal to acquire Kustomer, according to Dow Jones, citing people familiar with the matter. A deal for the closely held company values it at around $1 billion.
