November 19, 2020 4:10 PM ESTAVROBIO, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVRO), a leading clinical-stage gene therapy company, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $75 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
