Resideo Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
November 17, 2020 10:36 PM ESTAUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Resideo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: REZI) ("Resideo") today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 17,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on November 20, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
Resideo intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, including funding growth investments and potential acquisitions.
