Plug Power Inc. Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Common Stock
November 16, 2020 8:40 PM ESTLATHAM, N.Y., Nov. 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Plug Power Inc. (Plug Power) (NASDAQ: PLUG), a leader in providing clean, reliable energy solutions, today announced the pricing of an upsized offering of 38,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $22.25 per share. Plug Power has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,700,000 shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
