MENLO PARK, Calif., Nov. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. (Nasdaq: PACB) (Pacific Biosciences or the Company) today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 7,400,460 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.25 per share. Pacific Biosciences is offering 6,096,112 shares of its common stock in the offering, and the selling stockholder is offering 1,304,348 shares of the Companys common stock in the offering.
