Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Increased Third Quarter Dividend
November 2, 2020 4:45 PM ESTFRANKLIN, Tenn., Nov. 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.  This dividend, in the amount of $0.425 per share, is payable on November 27, 2020 to shareholders of record on November 16, 2020. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.70 per share. Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated has increased its dividend every quarter since its Initial Public Offering.
