TimkenSteel Announces Third-Quarter 2020 Results

CANTON, Ohio, Oct. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â TimkenSteel (NYSE: TMST), a leader in customized alloy steel products and services, today reported third-quarter 2020 net sales of $205.9 million and a net loss of $13.9 million. In the same quarter last year, net sales were $274.2 million with net loss of $17.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA(1) for the third quarter of 2020 was $2.6 million compared with an adjusted EBITDA(1) loss of $1.4 million in the same quarter last year.
