BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amedisys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMED) today reported its financial results for the three and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2020.

Net service revenue increased $49.5Â million to $544.1Â million compared to $494.6Â million in 2019.Net income attributable to Amedisys, Inc. of $72.0Â million compared to $34.1Â million in 2019.Net income attributable to Amedisys, Inc. per diluted share of $2.16 (inclusive of $0.72 income tax benefit related to executive stock option exercise) compared to $1.03 in 2019.
