Bank of Marin Bancorp Reports Third Quarter Earnings of $7.5 Million; Credit Quality Remains Strong Despite Pandemic; Reactivates Share Repurchase Program
October 26, 2020 8:00 AM EDTNOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bank of Marin Bancorp, "Bancorp" (Nasdaq: BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin, "Bank," announced earnings of $7.5 million in the third quarter of 2020, compared to $7.4 million in the second quarter of 2020 and $9.4 million in the third quarter of 2019. Diluted earnings per share were $0.55 in both the third and second quarters of 2020 compared to $0.69 in the third quarter last year.
