SiriusXM Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results
October 22, 2020 7:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- SiriusXM today announced third quarter 2020 operating and financial results, including revenue of $2.025 billion, up 1% compared to the prior year period. The Company's net income increased 11% to $272 million in the third quarter from $246 million a year prior. Net income per diluted common share was $0.06 in the third quarter 2020, compared to $0.05 in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter totaled $661 million, an increase of approximately 1% from $657 million in the prior year period.
