Hollysys Automation Technologies Announce Annual Cash Dividend
October 5, 2020 5:00 PM EDTBEIJING, Oct. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: HOLI) ("Hollysys" or the "Company"), a leading provider of automation and control technologies and applications in China, today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.2 per ordinary share for fiscal year 2020, implying a 15% payout ratio. The dividend will be payable on or about November 20, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 22, 2020.
