Natera Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering

(Nasdaq:Â NTRA), a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,166,666 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $60.00 per share. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 15, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
