(NYSE: SSTK), a leading global technology company offering a creative platform for high-quality content, tools and services, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 2,580,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $48.50 per share. Shutterstock is selling 516,000 shares of common stock in this offering, and Jon Oringer (Shutterstock's Founder, Executive Chairman of the Board and largest stockholder) is selling 2,064,000 shares of common stock in this offering.
