August 6, 2020 8:00 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. ("USPH" or the Company) (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, today reported results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2020.
For the second quarter ended June 30, 2020, USPHs Operating Results (as defined below), was $10.9 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, inclusive of relief funds received from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund as part of the CARES Act (Relief Funds), as compared to $10.3 million, or $0.81 per diluted share in 2019.
