Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Reports Second Quarter 2020 Results
August 5, 2020 4:30 PM EDTDOVER, Del., Aug. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) ("Chesapeake Utilities" or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2020. The Company's net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 was $11.0 million, or $0.66 per share, compared to $8.3 million or $0.50 per share, for the same quarter of 2019. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2020 was $39.9 million, or $2.42 per share, compared to $37.0 million, or $2.25 per share, for the same period in 2019, representing an increase of 7.6 percent.
