Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
July 30, 2020 7:00 AM EDTHENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPPI) (Spectrum or the Company), a biopharmaceutical company focused on novel and targeted oncology therapies, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 21,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Spectrum from this offering are expected to be approximately $65 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering expenses.
