TCR2 Therapeutics (TCRR) Prices 8M Share Common Offering at $15.50/Sh

(NASDAQ: TCRR) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.50 per share. TCR2 also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
