Cardiovascular Systems Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
June 9, 2020 4:09 PM EDTST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI) (Nasdaq: CSII), a medical device company developing and commercializing innovative interventional treatment systems for patients with peripheral and coronary artery disease, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $125 million of shares of common stock.
