Applied Molecular Transport Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 4, 2020 10:41 PM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., June 04, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Molecular Transport (Nasdaq: AMTI), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by AMT.
