(Menlo) (Nasdaq: MNLO), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing proprietary therapies to address unmet needs in dermatology, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 27,050,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $1.85 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be $50,042,500, excluding any exercise of the underwriters option to purchase additional shares.
