Globant Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Shares
June 3, 2020 4:15 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO, June 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Globant S.A. (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally-native technology services company, today announced that it intends to offer and sell 2,000,000 of its common shares, subject to market and other conditions, in an underwritten public offering. All of the common shares will be sold by Globant. Globant intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional common shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
