Pliant Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 2, 2020 9:56 PM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., June 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Pliant Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel therapies for the treatment of fibrosis, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share.
