Arcus Biosciences, Inc. Announces Pricing of $302.5 Million Underwritten Public Offering of Common Stock

(NYSE: RCUS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on creating innovative cancer therapies, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $27.50 per share. Gross proceeds to Arcus Biosciences from the offering are expected to be $302.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
