Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE: TGI) ("Triumph" or the "Company") today provided an update on its strategic review of its Aerospace Structures subsidiary.

In April 2019, Triumph announced it was undertaking a comprehensive review of its structures business as it focuses on its core systems and product support markets and capabilities. Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE: TGI) today provided an update on the current impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on the business and the steps the Company is taking to mitigate it.
