Sean Wallace Named Chief Financial Officer of Cogent Communications

(NASDAQ: CCOI) ("Cogent") today announced that Sean Wallace has been appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Cogent, effective immediately. Also on May 11, 2020, Thaddeus G.
