Federal Realty Investment Trust Announces First Quarter 2020 Operating Results
May 6, 2020 4:06 PM EDTROCKVILLE, Md., May 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) today reported operating results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, net income available for common shareholders was $0.70 per diluted share and $0.78 per diluted share, respectively.
