Republic Services (RSG) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c, Revenues Beat; Suspends FU20 Guidance
May 5, 2020 4:24 PM EDTRepublic Services (NYSE: RSG) reported Q1 EPS of $0.77, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.51 billion.
First-Quarter Highlights:
EPS was $0.77 per share. Adjusted EPS, a non-GAAP measure, was $0.77 per share, an increase of 5 percent over the prior year.Cash provided by operating activities was $570 million, an increase of 3 percent versus the prior year.
