-Aggregates volumes increased 9.7%
- Adjusted EBITDA increased 149.1% to $16.4 million
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Summit Materials, Inc. (NYSE: SUM, Summit, "Summit Inc." or the Company), a leading vertically integrated construction materials company, today announced results for the first quarter 2020.
For the three months ended March 28, 2020, the Company reported net loss attributable to Summit Inc. of $(45.0) million, or $(0.40) per basic share, compared to net loss attributable to Summit Inc. of $(68.8) million, or $(0.62) per basic share in the comparable prior year period.... More
