SiriusXM Reports First Quarter 2020 Results
April 28, 2020 7:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â SiriusXM today announced first quarter 2020 operating and financial results, including revenue of $2.0 billion, increasing 5% on a pro forma basis compared to the prior year period. The Company's net income was $293 million in the first quarter 2020, compared to $162 million in the prior year period. Net income per diluted common share was $0.07 in the first quarter 2020, compared to $0.03 in the prior year period.
