Revenues for the first quarter of 2020 under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") were $698.5 million, increasing $79.2 million, or 12.8%, compared to the first quarter of the prior year, with commissions and fees increasing by 12.8% and Organic Revenue(1) increasing by 5.6%.
