CHICAGO, March 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Methode Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: MEI), a global developer of custom engineered and application specific products and solutions, announced today on the recommendation of the Nominating and Governance Committee to increase the size of the Board from ten to twelve members.  Upon recommendation of the committee, the Board elected Ms. Therese Bobek and Ms. Mary Lindsey as Directors and approved their appointments to the Audit Committee.
