Chubb Limited Board Will Recommend 27th Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase to Shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting; Declares Quarterly Dividend
February 27, 2020 12:15 PM ESTZURICH, Feb. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) announced today that it will recommend to shareholders at the company's 2020 Annual General Meeting an increase in its quarterly dividend for the twenty-seventh consecutive year. The proposal calls for a $3.12 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $0.78 per share, compared to the current quarterly dividend amount of $0.75 per share.
