Freshpet Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
February 26, 2020 8:56 PM ESTSECAUCUS, N.J., Feb. 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freshpet, Inc. (Freshpet) (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced the pricing of its follow-on offering of 3,478,260 shares of the Companys common stock in an underwritten public offering at a price to the public of $66.00 per share. Freshpet has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 521,739 additional shares of its common stock.
The offering is expected to close on March 2, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
