SPRINGFIELD, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spok Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPOK), a global leader in healthcare communications, today announced operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. In addition, the Companys Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on March 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2020.
