Freshpet Announces Offering of Common Stock
February 25, 2020 4:05 PM ESTSECAUCUS, N.J., Feb. 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freshpet, Inc. (Freshpet) (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced the launch of a proposed follow-on offering of $215,000,000 of the Companys common stock in an underwritten public offering. Freshpet has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $32,250,000 of additional shares of common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions.
