QUARTERLY HIGHLIGHTS
On December 9, 2019, the Company entered into a Merger Agreement with Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (MMLC), an affiliated company managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. (GSAM).
