February 19, 2020 10:10 PM ESTNEW YORK and BASEL, Switzerland, Feb. 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Axovant Gene Therapies Ltd. (Nasdaq: AXGT) ("Axovant") today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 14,031,336 of its common shares at a price to the public of $3.75 per share.
