Oil States Announces Fourth Quarter 2019 Results of Operations
February 19, 2020 5:25 PM ESTHOUSTON, Feb. 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) reported a net loss for the fourth quarter of 2019 of $175.6Â million, or $2.95 per share. The reported fourth quarter 2019 results included a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $165.0Â million ($165.0Â million after-tax, or $2.78 per share) and severance and downsizing charges totaling $0.5Â million ($0.4Â million after-tax, or $0.01 per share). During the fourth quarter of 2019, the Company generated revenues of $238.4Â million and Consolidated EBITDA (Note A) of $19.7Â million.
