JELD-WEN Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Results and Provides 2020 Outlook; Foundation Set for Revenue Growth and Margin Expansion

(NYSE: JELD) today announced results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2019, including fourth quarter net revenues of $1.069 billion, net income of $7.8 million, adjusted EBITDA of $89.2 million, earnings per share ("EPS") of $0.08, and adjusted EPS of $0.24.
