Hawaiian Electric Industries (HE) Announces Eva Zlotnicka to Board
February 12, 2020 5:15 PM ESTHawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (NYSE: HE) today announced the appointment of Eva Zlotnicka to the Board, effective immediately. In addition, Ms. Zlotnicka has been added to the HEI Board's Compensation Committee.

Hawaiian Electric Industries (HE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.1% to $0.33; 2.7% Yield
