Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. Appoints Eva Zlotnicka To Board Of Directors

HONOLULU, Feb. 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (NYSE: HE) ("HEI" or the "Company") today announced the appointment of Eva Zlotnicka to the Board, effective immediately. In addition, Ms. Zlotnicka has been added to the HEI Board's Compensation Committee.
