February 7, 2020 6:45 AM ESTSASKATOON, Saskatchewan, Feb. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cameco (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) today reported its consolidated financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
As expected, we had a strong finish to 2019, said Tim Gitzel, Camecos president and CEO. We delivered 14 million pounds of uranium in the fourth quarter, and, in 2019, we generated $527 million in cash from operations, demonstrating our financial resilience.
