S&P Global Reports 4th Quarter and Full-Year 2019 Results
February 6, 2020 7:10 AM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) today reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2019 results. The Company reported fourth quarter 2019 revenue of $1.74 billion, an increase of 13% compared to the same period in 2018 with growth in all four businesses.
Fourth quarter net income increased 6% to $541 million and diluted earnings per share increased 8% to $2.20.
