Annovis Bio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
January 28, 2020 11:31 PM ESTBERWYN, Pa., Jan. 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Annovis Bio, Inc., a clinical stage, drug platform company addressing Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other neurodegenerative diseases today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $6.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $12,000,000 before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses.
