Bank Of Marin Bancorp (BMRC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.5% to $0.23, 2.1% Yield; Announces New $25M Share Buyback Plan
January 27, 2020 8:08 AM ESTBank Of Marin Bancorp (NASDAQ: BMRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 9.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.
The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
