BURNABY, British Columbia, Jan. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: XENE), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common shares pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement.
