BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE: RF) today announced earnings for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company reported net income from continuing operations available to common shareholders of $366 million, and earnings per diluted share of $0.38. For the full year of 2019, the company reported net income available to common shareholders from continuing operations of $1.5 billion, and earnings per diluted share from continuing operations of $1.50, a 10 percent increase.
